DBOA Health is a mission-driven organization dedicated to dismantling barriers to mental wellness for Black communities. Founded with a deep understanding of the systemic inequities impacting Black mental health, DBOA Health empowers individuals, families, and organizations through culturally responsive resources, education, and community-centered care.

From healing-centered events and workplace programs to innovative outreach initiatives, DBOA Health meets people where they are—online, in schools, in workplaces, and in community spaces. By blending evidence-based practices with cultural authenticity, we help foster environments where Black individuals can access the support they deserve, without stigma or systemic obstacles.
